^CF — Change the Default Font

Goal

Change the default font with ^CF.

Description

^CF sets the default alphanumeric font and size, so plain ^FD fields need no ^A at all.

Example

^XA
^CF0,30
^FX Default font is now 0 at 30 dots.
^FO20,20^FDDefault font text^FS
^FO20,60^FDSecond line, same font^FS
^XZ

Result

No ^A anywhere — both lines inherit font 0 at 30 dots.
